The choir sings a wide range of music, varying from large choral works to traditional, popular and spiritual music. Three concerts are usually performed each year, including a Summer Concert and a Christmas Concert. As well as our popular Come & Sing events! These performances are a wide mix of classical pieces and other works, usually following a theme. More information on previous concerts is contained on the Gallery page. .
There will also be an open Come and Sing event featuring choruses from Handel’s Messiah, on Saturday 3rd October, 2pm to 6:30pm, at Gibson Craig Halls in Currie. including an open free performance at 5:45pm. Watch this space for singer ticket details (£15).
Our Christmas concert in early December will be based around British Christmas carols, including medleys by Finzi (In Terra Pax) and Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia.
Our Summer concert in early June 2027 will feature a range of jazz-based pieces including Chilcott’s Little Jazz Mass and Horowitz’s Captain Noah.
